This website has no contact form or user registration and does not collect personal data through its pages. We only process the data of people who write to us by email or call us by phone.

Purpose of processing

To deal with your enquiries and maintain the business relationship with you or your company (quotes, orders, support and related communications). We do not create profiles or make automated decisions.

Legal basis

The consent you give us when you write or call so that we can deal with your enquiry; PULSARLIFT’s legitimate interest in answering professional enquiries and maintaining its business relationships; and, if we end up contracting, the performance of the contract or of the pre-contractual measures you ask us for.

Recipients and data processors

We do not disclose your data to third parties, except where required by law. To provide the service we use providers acting as data processors, who process data only on our instructions: the email provider and the website hosting and security provider (Cloudflare). Like any web server, the hosting server records the IP address of visitors to the website (see the legal notice).

Retention period

We keep your data for as long as the business relationship lasts or as long as necessary to deal with your enquiry and, afterwards, for the applicable legal periods (for example, tax and commercial), until any possible liabilities expire.

Rights of data subjects

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to info@pulsarliftsolutions.com, stating the right you wish to exercise and proving your identity. You may also withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting processing already carried out.

Complaint to the supervisory authority

If you believe we have not processed your data properly, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD), www.aepd.es.
