How an order works
Every lift controller is designed with your installation data and tested before it leaves the factory.
Step 1: Tell us about the installation
We go through the site data with you: type of lift, number of stops, drive type, doors and the applicable standard (EN 81-20/50). With that, we design a custom controller.
Step 2: We send you a quote
Based on your installation data, we send you a detailed quote for the lift controller and, if needed, for the operating panels and components.
Step 3: You confirm the order
Once you are happy with the quote, you confirm the order and we put it into production.
Step 4: We manufacture and test
We manufacture and test every controller in our workshop before shipping it, so you can arrive on site and simply connect it.
Step 5: Turnkey delivery
We deliver it to you turnkey and support you with direct technical assistance from the manufacturer.
